When will my order ship?
Orders placed on a weekday before 2 p.m. (Eastern Time) will be processed that day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to process before shipping.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will be processed on the next business day. Holidays and peak sale seasons may increase the order processing and shipping time frame.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For the time being, we are not shipping to any U.S. territories.
Do you ship internationally/outside of the U.S.?
No. At this time, we are only selling and shipping in the U.S.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Standard ground shipping typically takes between 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.
Expedited shipping typically takes 1–2 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that standard processing times of 1–2 business days apply for all orders, but if you have any specific shipping/delivery requirements, please send a message to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address for an order that was already placed?
Yes, you can edit or cancel your order as long as you do so within the processing timeframe. If the order has already been processed or shipped, and you need to make a change, you can use our hassle-free Returns Portal to begin the return/exchange process. If you would like to update your shipping address for an order that has already been processed, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been processed. Depending on the carrier, tracking links generally need 24–48 hours to be updated with the tracking information.
What if my order status has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received your product(s), a few things may have occurred:
- Your delivery person has placed your package somewhere discreet for security purposes. Please thoroughly inspect the area around your drop-off location (under your porch, behind a bush, etc.).
- Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few hours or days in advance, and the package may still be on the way. Please allow the full allotted delivery time to pass (3–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for expedited shipping) before reporting the package as missing.
- A member of your household may have accepted or brought in the package for you.
- Your delivery person has mistakenly delivered your package to the wrong address. Please check to see if the package has been left with one of your neighbors.
If none of the above apply and you are unable to locate the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. If the package has the correct shipping address, was marked as delivered, and still hasn’t shown up after seven business days, please let us know at email@example.com.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Visit our hassle-free Returns Portal to initiate a replacement. Please be sure to have your order number and email associated with your order ready. Here you’ll be prompted with a few questions regarding the issues with your item(s), and a free shipping label will be generated for your use.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
We do not offer gift wrapping services, but our packaging/unboxing experience is designed to surprise and delight our recipients!
If you would like to write a gift message, you can add this under “order note” in your cart, and a custom single-sided card containing your message will be included with your order.
