Our size conversion chart is a general recommendation. Please keep in mind that with wear, shoes made with leather will stretch and mold to the shape of your foot, typically across the widest part of your foot as you break them in, but they will not stretch in the length. We recommend going up half a size if the space feels especially tight around the toes.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For the time being, we are not shipping to any U.S. territories.

Easy returns

Not quite right? Use our no-hassle Returns Portal to return/exchange shoes, unworn and in their original packaging (boxes and dust bags), within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

1. Use a soft bristle brush to gently remove dust or dirt from the shoe.

2. Dip a white cloth into a solution of mild soap and lukewarm water and use it to gently remove liquid or mud stains.

For velvet, a dry cleaner spray may be used in lieu of water and soap.

For leather (not patent or laminated), follow up by moisturizing the leather with a neutral-colored cream or conditioner for leather. For extra shine, polish the shoe using a soft bristle brush or white cloth.

3. Use a small cotton swab to clean areas with stitching and along the edges of the shoe. Do not let water remain on the stitching for more than a few seconds.

4. Clean the interior of the shoe with a white cloth dipped in warm water. Never use any cleaning creams on the interior of the shoe.
